About Aniket Saini
Born and raised in the serene spiritual environment of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, Aniket’s connection with yoga began at an early age. What started as a personal interest gradually grew into a lifelong calling. He went on to complete his MA in Yoga, followed by advanced training in traditional practices, therapeutic yoga, meditation and holistic wellness.
Over the years, Aniket has worked with individuals, wellness travellers, corporates and luxury hotels across Uttarakhand, helping people bring more clarity, comfort and balance into their lives. His teaching style is calm, grounded and deeply intuitive—focused on allowing students to listen to their bodies and move with awareness rather than pressure.
In every class, Aniket integrates breathwork, alignment cues, mobility training and ancient yogic principles. His approach is simple: make yoga accessible, safe and meaningful for everyone, regardless of age or experience. Students describe his sessions as peaceful, encouraging and transformative.
He believes yoga is not just an exercise—it’s a journey inward. A journey that strengthens the body, softens the mind and expands what you feel is possible for yourself.
